If possible, please do curl up and get cozy during our time together. Pour yourself a drink that delights you. Wrap yourself in a luxurious blanket. Breathe. As you feel the energy of what I’m saying, things will be shifting on many levels. Be sweet to yourself as they re-arrange.

(And if you end up watching the LIVES from the toilet, while you are washing dishes, eating dinner, or running around, I will still absolutely be delighting in your presence. You never know! Sometimes things land the most powerfully, when our conscious mind is distracted.)
